Ann qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London, in 1983 and worked in small animal practices including the PDSA.
She decided she wanted to be a vet while growing up in rural Cheshire and spending time with animals of all sorts. After qualifying she found that she preferred the variety of companion animal practice
Ann joined White House Vets in 1988, and rapidly established herself as a competent and popular veterinary surgeon. She is now the senior clinician, her main areas of expertise being internal medicine.
She has a Cockapoo called "Phoebe", and is often to be seen on the Hills in the early hours of the morning. She sings in Colwall choir. She is also a member of a small charity which supports a rural community in Tanzania - she visits when she can
